令和4年10月1日、The Charlatansの1995年のアルバム、「The Charlatans」を聴き終えた。渋いアルバム。数年ぶりに聴いた。ブログ執筆者所有のCDの収録曲は以下の通り。

〈感想、メモ〉
テンポが全体に抑えられていることもあり、重い、渋いといった印象のアルバムである。が、落ち着いているといった風ではなく、皮肉っぽさや毒っ気のあるユーモアセンスも感じられる。今回はトラック4“Crashin’ in”、トラック7“Just When You’re Thinkin’ Things Over”、トラック9“Toothache”が印象に残る。
